It’s located in the street Doctor Grau Bassas, 36, in the area of Playa Chica, Las Canteras, Las Palmas of Gran Canaria.
They have been offering, during two years, a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, where the music plays an important role whether it’s live or ambient.
The establishment’s decoration is inspired by the famous North American label Motown, where very famous artists came out, like the Jackson Five, Aretha Franklin or the Supremes, among others.
One of their specialities is the varied selection of nationals and internationals beers, besides offering multiple cocktails made at the moment by the expert barman.
In addition, they have an extensive menu of various tapas, mixed dishes, pizzas and hamburgers, so, you will be able to have dinner while enjoying the music, the warm atmosphere and the exquisite service they offer to their clients.
They try, achieving it, to create an environment of respect and tolerance, where everyone with their differences and personalities are welcomed.
Motown attends their customers every day of the week, from 20:00 h until 2:00, keeping in mind that on the weekends we expand our schedule.
WEEKLY EVENTS:
TUESDAYS: They organize a fun Karaoke from 21:00 h where you can prove, amid laughs, your skills as a singer or as a group.
FRIFAYS: Around 21:00 h Jam Session arrives, where you can dare to play your favourite instrument, for the delight of your friends, as well as the public.
SATURDAYS: They programme live music performances from 22:00 to 00:00 h in different styles: latin, jazz, blues, soul, etc…
On the 17 of August it’s the anniversary of their opening and they are celebrating it with a huge party with live music, samples and a big cake.
