The Project that Alberto Beraldo is carrying out in The Mono Malvado, consists in offering something different from what exists in Farray Square. A variety of vitamin cocktails and fresh fruit smoothies, handmade tapas and Italian products.
It’s expected that the customer can enjoy the comfort and serenity of a space to taste his/her cocktail, served with a good tapa.
He has been in the hospitality sector for many years, starting with a dream come true as he opened his own restaurant in Barcelona in the year 2005 (The Fenice) and importing and launching the classic Italian snack called Spritz, appearing in the local newspaper La Vanguardia (Catalonia) with the Boom of the product that same year. At the same time, he gained experience in the restaurant business field managing several establishments in the following years: La Tasca del Comte, Los Angelitos, Santa Marta and Absenta del Raval.
It’s a different establishment, with a funny atmosphere and an original decoration.
