Melania Di Vara is a Yoga and Meditation teacher certified by the Y.A.I (Yoga Alliance International), having been practicing Yoga for more than 10 years and experiencing in her life its transformative effects on a physical, mental and emotional level.
Melania Yoga is a project born with the aim of sharing the holistic teachings of Yoga in the most authentic way possible, offering practical, simple and effective tools for evolution and personal connection towards a more balanced life, in peace and harmony.
Its Holistic Yoga methodology fuses the tools of Yoga respecting its deepest meaning: Union.
It is an approach to practice that is based on the following aspects for integral change: conscious breathing, conscious movement, detoxification, deep relaxation, detached observation of the mind to allow a complete and authentic experience.
The following tools are practiced for the balance between mind, body and heart:
Pranayama, Asana, Kriya, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Mudra, Mantra, Self-observation, Deepening in theory and philosophy of Yoga.
Whether you are starting to practice Yoga, or if you are at a more advanced level, this methodology is for you: the sessions are for all levels and adjusted to the requirements of each student and the energy of the group. They are especially aimed at those who want to deepen their Yoga practice beyond the physical postures.

Hours of presencial classes in Las Palmas de GC (La Brújula Multidisciplinary Space):
Tuesday and Thursday
– 6:00 p.m. / 7:00 p.m. – Dynamic class:
Dynamic movements and breathing, more demanding postures are practiced to release tensions, generate vital energy, deepen Yoga techniques, concentrate and reach deep relaxation and meditation.
– 7:30 p.m./8:30 p.m. – Soft class:
Basic breathing and posture alignment techniques are practiced to stretch muscles and tissues, mobilize the joints in a delicate and profound way at the same time, stabilize the energy level and reach deep relaxation and meditation.
One Saturday a month from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: Holistic Yoga Workshop (the content is communicated through social networks and on the web a week before).
