JESSICA GULOOMAL, FIRST CANARIAN TO WIN A NATIONAL MAGIC AWARD

THE ONLY SPANISH WOMAN TO WIN AN AWARD IN THE MENTALISM CATEGORY

The Canarian illusionist Jessica Guloomal has won the only prize awarded in the mentalism category at the National Magic Congress held last weekend in Almussafes, Valencia.

The jury’s decision, made up of some of the best illusionists on the international scene, makes Jessica Guloomal the first woman from the Canary Islands to win a national magic award and the first Spanish magician to win this award in the mentalism category. The number exposed by the illusionist was positively valued, for its presentation, for the atmosphere created and magical impossibility.

After two years of waiting for the pandemic, the National Magic Congress has finally been able to take place, bringing together more than 500 magicians and magicians from all over Spain.
