Clearly, it’s time to charge our bodies with antioxidants and autumn gifts us with the famous fruit for those who enjoy it. Pomegranates are a fruit that can be found mostly in the mid-altitude zones of the island and during autumn, is the best time to consume them.

Pomegranates are little explosions of flavour, and also his mid-sweet taste makes them a snack like seeds. When you start eating them, it’s hard to stop!
